If ever there was a company who cared about their customers, it is this one. They were very thorough in being sure that we knew when he would arrive to pick up our mattresses and he even called to let me know when he was on his way. He was polite and friendly. I liked that it was same day removal and he arrived within a few hours after I called them. Even the phone operators were friendly and helpful. They came as requested, a day after our contact, though they could have come the same day. The crew of 3 kept us updated on arrival time and arrived as stated. They were professional, courteous, friendly and efficient. They hauled away a lot of stuff and took a huge weight off our shoulders wondering what to do with it all.
