Nate and Casper where the bomb very efficient thanks guys

Nate and Casper were super duper nice. It was an easy job and they did it fast! My only issue is the scheduling. They were many hours late and I had to juggle my work schedule to accommodate the unexpected scheduling changes.

Brandon and Jacob worked hard to remove and refrigerator and washer/dryer today. These guys were awesome . They were professional, friendly and flexible and I would highly recommend them.

John and Lamar did a terrific job getting rid of all of the junk that I needed removed before an open house. They were polite and helpful, and they were very efficient. The service is rather expensive, which is why I gave a four-star rating, but I didn't have any time for shopping around.

Overall easy process from start to finish. I was able to book a time for that same day- I was given a 2 hr window. Andrew reached out to confirm arrival time. Both Andrew and Shawn were polite, articulate and friendly, and worked together to get the job done. We had a heavy 36”w range they were able to take away with ease. They were careful when moving through the space so as to not knock into woodwork etc. I like that Got Junk tries to recycle, reuse, reduce waste as much as possible. Great experience. I will request Andrew and Shawn next time I call.
