Incredible first-time experience with this company! From start to finish, everyone I spoke to was friendly and helpful, and everything went smoothly and without a hitch. Special shout-out to Nate and Oscar; they worked quickly and efficiently, and were extremely friendly and worked well together. I give Oscar special credit, because our driveway is 1/10 mile long and very steep (18% grade) in one area. He RAN all the way up to help Nate lift the copy machine (we don't have room for two trucks up at the top)!! Also a special shout-out to Andrew, who I spoke with on the phone to arrange our pickup and confirm the time/date. He was extremely friendly and helpful and made sure we were happy with the company's service. We were very impressed with all these guys and the company and I highly recommend them.
