Paul and Jalen were perfect and extremely friendly with customer service.

Dennis and Gary did an amazing job. They arrived earlier than expected and were fast and efficient. They were very helpful and made sure to ask before they took anything away. At one point something was accidentally loaded on to the truck and they both made sure to return it. Their customer service is superb and their manners are hard to come by. I would recommend these two to anyone who is having a hard time clearing stuff out of their apartment. They were patient with me as I was going through my bookshelf and were upfront about the cost. I would give them more stars if I could. Update: 6 months later This is my second time using 1-800 junk. I called needing some extra hands helping out removing items. Deshawn and Houston were both fast and efficient tackling a very disgusting job with absolutely no complaints. Both were very professional and a pleasure to work for. They were in and out within thirty minutes. They both were very informative about the timing as they were running behind schedule. I would definitely use 1-800 junk again.
