The two gentlemen worked extremely hard and were able to remove items planned. Derrick and his helper were very professional and worked through two extreme thunderstorms. Both men are value adds to the organization. My only constructive feedback which is beyond the workers control, is missing the appointment window by 4 1/2 hours
