jaiffrey and chris were great at helping me get rid of some boxes & items in a quick and efficient manner! communication was superb and professional - they gave me the friendliest call prior to pickup, gave me a 15 minute window of when they would be arriving, and came right on time. you are pretty much paying for convenience, and they offer very flexible/same day pickup times. since it is slightly on the pricier side, its best to accumulate all the items you are looking to have hauled and do everything at once since they charge by volume and how much space the items take up in the truck. they show you the rates beforehand, and walk you through it once they review your items. overall, a very smooth experience and will keep them in consideration for any future service needs!
