Ethan and Polo were amazing ! Very friendly, and they got the trash out in record time ! I couldn't believe how fast they were. They did great !! I will absolutely use this company again & I definitely recommend them !!! I can breath again with all this card board gone from moving lol. Thank you !!!

Let me first say that I am and have always been a stickler about those in the customer service field providing great customer service. With that being said, Ethan and Rayvon (my apologies if I got that latter name incorrect) were extremely professional and represented 1-800-GOT-JUNK very well! They thoroughly walked me through the different services offered so that I was able to make an informed decision to suit my needs. They were very careful around my home as they were hauling things out. They also have very good people skills which is a lost art in the customer service field these days (as I'm from the old school). I actually give them TEN stars for their service.
