Let me first say that I am and have always been a stickler about those in the customer service field providing great customer service. With that being said, Ethan and Rayvon (my apologies if I got that latter name incorrect) were extremely professional and represented 1-800-GOT-JUNK very well! They thoroughly walked me through the different services offered so that I was able to make an informed decision to suit my needs. They were very careful around my home as they were hauling things out. They also have very good people skills which is a lost art in the customer service field these days (as I'm from the old school). I actually give them TEN stars for their service.

Great guys that came to my house they did their job were upfront with pricing before they began loading my junk onto their truck and explained all of their pricing and reasons why things are priced the way they are witch is totally understandable always go to these guys and have used them more than once before.
