I can honestly say Dustin and Chris from 1-800-JUNK are the absolute best team I’ve encountered in all my years doing this work. These two gentlemen went above and beyond during a particularly sensitive job involving a client’s family member who had recently passed away. Their compassion, respect, and professionalism were extraordinary. They handled everything with such care and understanding during what was already an emotional situation. As someone who is 13 weeks pregnant, I also appreciated how considerate they were - they even helped me move some items to my car without me having to ask. Overall a good experience. Adrian and Oscar were very polite and respectful of my property. They moved a large heavy hot tub for me and asked if they could drag it through the grass. Which I was fine with but appreciate that they asked. I was very pleased they were able to move the entire thing without having to spend a few hours cutting it into pieces. So I am happy with final results.
