WOW. I was not prepared for this experience to be as incredible as it was. Honestly, I was expecting two guys to just come in, grab my stuff, and leave. Instead, from the very first call about their ETA, I was met with kindness. When they found out I was clearing things out after a divorce, they even offered to pick up my favorite drink or snack from the gas station—just out of pure thoughtfulness.
