We had never used Got Junk before- but were thankful that we did! Excellent service over the phone when we called in to request a pick up. Excellent service along the way as Dustin kept us informed of the time that he would be arriving and arrived on time! We had two employees from the company come out- their names were Dustin and Patrick -both of them were so professional so cordial , attentive and so helpful! They the process a true joy and both were very dedicated in helping us get our needs taken care of!

Two days later, a second crew came to my house to continue removing waste from my property. Chris and Kevin also did a terrific job. They were prompt, patient, communicative and efficient in their work. I had two good experiences with crews from this company over a three-day span.

Nathan and Andrew did a great job. I was overwhelmed with the massive furniture and can’t even lift a corner of the dresser but these two Hercules types carried it out like it was Lego pieces. Thank you so much. I feel so much better and appreciate your time & light hearted banter. Would definitely go with 1800 got junk again. They were very fast as well.
