We used Junk it when we moved in 2019 and they were Awesome helping us clear out the junk in the old home. We made an appointment for TODAY and the arrival time was supposed to 8am-10am... Got a phone call at 7:45 to confirm they were coming... Got another phone call around 10a to let us know that they were behind and would he headed this way soon... IT IS 12:45PM and it's still a NO SHOW!!!! I'M PISSED! EDIT: They got here right after I was complaining in this review and explained everything... only 1 landfill was open today and they were working as hard as they could to get here... Also when they got here they were very respectful and worked hard and swiftly... Thank you... changing my 2 Stars to 4.5

JB and Quincy were great and came over to my folks house in 2 hours and were totally professional and personable and took all the junk from the garage we needed for a fair price. We’ll definitely recommend them and call them again next time.

Mason was great. He is very helpful and easy to talk to. He will call and update his ETA, they are on time, and paick up your junk quick.

Carlos and Alex did a great job, they got everything done quickly, and were very nice to work with.
