Excellent. I called at 9:30am to move two couches and some wood debris. Got an appointment immediately for an on-site estimate between 10am-12pm. Received text updates to start the window, and the drivers called with an ETA time. Lemmy and Jakob arrived. Gave me an immediate quote, and then were able to get a discount approved from the office for the job. They were very professional, friendly, and courteous. Excellent experience all around from the call to the completion of the job, on the same day.
