Ahmad and Richard were absolutely amazing. Words just cannot sum up my gratitude. They came just a couple hours after submitting the online request. Arlington county said they couldn’t pick up our broken basketball hoop, but then showed up at the same time 1-800-GOJUNK trucks arrived and said they would take it. However, Ahmad and Richard stayed and actually helped the gentleman break down the basketball hoop and load it in the Arlington County truck AND removed for free the plastic party the county wouldn’t take. I have never had customer service like this. They were so kind and went above and beyond. I will definitely reach out again and request them personally.
