This was our first time working with 1 (800) GOT JUNK and we would highly recommend! We were going to dispose of our old couch from the basement, but it would have taken tons of effort on our part to get it done. So, it was just easier (and saved us an argument, I’m sure), to have them help us! Joost and his partner were very nice, knowledgeable and got job quickly, efficiently and ensured they cleaned up everything after they had to cut up our basement couch to get it out. We will definitely use them again!

J and Jacob were the best! They were so friendly and so kind. I will 100% be asking for them again to come help in the future.

Chuck and Keenen did a fantastic job today! They were very thorough will their explanations and walked me through every step both professionally and politely. It was wonderful to see the emphasis placed on team development and it’s a big weight off me having the junk gone!

Kai & Jose were polite, quick and helpful & Did a good job. Was nice to call and get it done fairly quickly and they did stay in touch with me. Only bummer about the company is quoting Pricing was a bit awkward. And they should probably carry booties in their truck to protect shoes on carpeting. And they ran behind quite a few hours on the day they were scheduled, and I had to reschedule for the next day.

Had a great experience with Kai and Jose. They loaded up everything fast and for a great price. Will definitely use again when needed in the future!
