Kai & Jose were polite, quick and helpful & Did a good job. Was nice to call and get it done fairly quickly and they did stay in touch with me. Only bummer about the company is quoting Pricing was a bit awkward. And they should probably carry booties in their truck to protect shoes on carpeting. And they ran behind quite a few hours on the day they were scheduled, and I had to reschedule for the next day.

Had a great experience with Kai and Jose. They loaded up everything fast and for a great price. Will definitely use again when needed in the future!

I appreciated the flexibility that 1800gotjunk provided. The guys who took away my couch were polite, informative and in the end flexible. But for new users of the service, the fee is based on how much of their truck you fill. The more you fill the better the price.
