Great experience with junk removal! Dakota and Sam were excellent. They arrived within the time window as promised, clearly explained pricing, and got the job done quickly. James and Dion are my heroes! We're cleaning some old furniture out of a garage and needed help with an especially heavy chest of drawers. James and Dion were on time, friendly, and quoted a fair and direct price based on transparent criteria. When they set out to move the chest of drawers, a mouse jumped out - James and Dion kept their composure, found a quick solution, and moved the furniture as if nothing happened. They were similarly unphased by the second mouse that creeped out while we were handling the payment. 5-star service with a 5-star attitude. I'll happily use this service again if the need arises, and if I do I hope to work with James and Dion!
