Jacob and Jeffery were awesome. They really educated me on the process, were quick, and even cleaned up and worked with me on the logistics of things. They even swept and cleaned the space I was having them remove things from.

Good communication. I was able to get my junk picked up within a few hours and it cost about what I thought it would. I’ve used them a few times and they’ve always been nice and helpful.

They did a super job. Despite the mix up. We were supposed to have the hall away on Wednesday. They were friendly and considerate.

I had a freestanding/on wheels AC unit that you hook up to the window… It was only about 4–5 years old and it quit working! I had no idea how I was gonna dispose of it, I was looking online and I saw something to contact “got junk”. The driver showed up right on time, he was the nicest person, very professional and helped get the heavy AC unit out of my house and took it away for a reasonable fee! Wonderful company I highly recommend them and I definitely will use their services again!!

Service and communication were excellent. I was able to get an appointment quickly and was contacted 3 times throughout the process. The men who did the actual removal were polite, friendly and careful with the removal. I only gave 4 stars because I thought the price was high, but I was reluctantly willing to pay for the convenience.
