Want to RAVE about Juan and X from 1 800 Got Junk! Juan and X just removed a broken washing machine from our second floor apartment. That alone is no small feat being that it's July and this is Texas. They also did the whole job within my husband's 15 minute break (hubby works from home). AND they did it even though the dispatcher didn't warn them that the washer was still hooked up and also full of water. Did I mention that we live on the second floor? Juan and X did all of this quickly, competently, and without complaint. If I could give them 10,000 stars I would.

Trent helped me out a great deal today. He was very nice with me and gave me a really good deal. I highly recommend his services.

X and Juan came today 7/14/2025 and removed our broken washing machine. While we told the dispatcher it was still hooked up he did not tell the employees. They handled it amazingly and got it taken care of with minimal issues. They were fast, efficient and explained everything they did. The cost was well worth it not to have to get a washing machine down from a 2nd story. Thank you Juan and X! Brandon
