Chase and Eric were very polite and extremely helpful with walking me through the process and even with helping me figure out something I was trying to put together. Shane and Brian came and picked up a mattress and some boxes and junk from my house and they were absolutely lovely— on time, they came quickly and had smiles on their faces, they introduced themselves and they even offered to bring me a coffee or beverage if i wanted! they went above and beyond in terms of service and courtesy. They even swept up afterwards with their own broom and cleaned the area! friendly kind courteous, and also fast and efficient and effective. i would recommend them to anyone and i would hire them again in a heartbeat.

I recently used 1800 Junk, and Tyler and Corben provided an absolutely stellar experience! From the moment they arrived, they were professional, courteous, and incredibly efficient. They handled everything quickly and carefully, making the entire process effortless. I was so impressed with their positive attitudes and hard work.
