Big shoutout to Max and Christian for their help removing everything! With only two days before our lease ended, there was a ton of stuff left at the brownstone I was staying at. I called the night before to arrange a morning time for them to come quote the job. 1-800-GOT-JUNK came around 10 am, gave an estimated quote (3.2k for 7 pieces of large furniture, 4 TVs and their disposal fees, and bagging/trashing every cabinet, cupboard, etc in the entire house, as well as removing all the trash and cleaning up the garbage area out front). The quote was on-point; the estimate was $3.2k, and the final amount was $3,289. They were courteous, on-time, and worked fast - from the time they arrived to the time they left (including giving the quote/inspecting the job, bringing the trucks around, moving everything, and final inspection) the entire process took 5 hours. I was only asked to be present for the initial walk-through and quote, and the final inspection - there was no hand-holding required. Of course it's cheaper not to leave anything behind in the first place. But if you do, 1-800-GOT-JUNK definitely has your back, same-day if required. I'd recommend this service anytime.
