Jalen and Michael did an excellent job of removing all of this junk that we had in these two rooms, that was just a waste of space. they were quick and they were efficient and they were also very mindful of the fact that there was some items left behind that were not for trash. 1-800-GOT-JUNK was, and always is an excellent choice for our company and our personal needs when we need a removal taken care of quickly! I had a fridge break on me and was barely cooling. Was old and outdated and decided to get a new one as it was time anyways. So I picked one online and had it delivered. The delivery people came and wanted $175 to remove my old fridge, and an additional $150 to hook up the water line for the freezer. I explained that when I purchased it, I was told it was included in the delivery charge come to find that wasn’t the case so I decided that myself and my neighbor will pull the old fridge out and connect the water line at a later time considering he mentioned he will help out the next day. One, two, three days later, my neighbor was unavailable so out of frustration, I called up 1-800-got-junk. The very next day, a guy named Johnny B came and picked up the fridge. He asked if I needed help to put the new fridge where the old one went where I explained that I need to call a plumber first to hook up the water line. To my surprise, he said “the water line is literally 3 feet from where the fridge is supposed to go. Do you have a drill where we can quickly drill a whole and run the line to the faucet?”. I was shocked that someone who just came to pick up a fridge would go above and beyond like that. I had a cordless drill and bits. He not only drilled the hole but routed the line to the faucet and made the connection. Took him a total of 15 min from start to finish and didn’t even charge me. Of course I offered him money as compensation regardless. This guy is a diamond employee in the rough. Got Junk is lucky to have someone like this on their team as I am going to recommend his company for any future needs to friends and family. If Johnny B is reading this…. Thanks again! You represented your company in the best manner possible.
