Very happy with the service from this team today. They took great care in moving things out and we're respectful of a tough faculty situation going on. They even helped move a heavy piece of equipment to a friend's vehicle. On time (early even!), professional, and polite. Donaldo and Guan were top notch. Only issue was that we were billed for a service we didn't actually use, and the breakdown on the receipt wasn't very thorough or well explained. Customer service wasn't very helpful (but may be due to holiday).

Nick and his colleague were super helpful. Took my junk couch and other trash. Super quick and easy. Money well spent!
