Been a long time user of 1-800 Got Junk. Used them again today and received excellent service from Darnell and Joseph. They called ahead and made the appointment on time. They did a great job helping me consolidate a bunch of miscellaneous items and loading everything. They were in and out in no time even with the extreme heat. This will continue to be my go to service for junk removal. Excellent customer service as always.

Ahmad and Kris came after my initial scheduled window, but had called earlier to notify me, which I appreciated. They both were courteous, professional and respectful of my property. They did suggest that I ensure that any items that I needed removed be included in this trip, which resulted in me tripling the items in my haul away so the company should commend them on that. I am not upset, it was for the best. I have to say, if I ever need anything hauled, I am calling these guys. Likewise, if Ahmad and Kris happens to go to another company, I am following them!
