Justin and Jason were the workers. They did a good job of communication. They were professional and got the job done. It was raining and they could have done a better job protecting the carpet. Over all I am well pleased.

I used 1-800-Got-Junk in Birmingham, AL for the first time on my recent move. Everything went so smoothly. They called me an hour prior to my pickup time window and gave me an ETA and arrived right on time. LeDarius and Tim were so polite and professional. They worked quickly and efficiently. I was especially appreciative of their extra kindness in helping me get a couple of things to my jeep because I had injured my knee and would have had to leave them. I’m in customer service and recognize when someone goes above and beyond. It’s a reflection not only on them, but also for their company and supervisors who set that tone of going the extra mile.
