Outstanding Service from 1-800-GOT-JUNK! I recently used 18GT and had an absolutely excellent experience from start to finish. It all began with Sven, the Director, who made the quoting process seamless and straightforward. He was professional, responsive and made sure all my questions were answered. The crew - Mike, Jason, Diego, Syl, Tyler, Nick B and Jose Z - were equally outstanding. They arrived right on time, were fully prepared and worked efficiently and respectfully. What really impressed me was that they even went above and beyond by handling a bit of side work that wasn’t originally in the scope. That kind of effort speaks volumes about their work ethic and commitment to customer satisfaction. 1-800-Got-Junk is truly a class act!
