The crew was responsive to my request for pick up. They explained what happens to my stuff when it leaves here. They were polite, quick and professional. I will recommend them.

We had never used Got Junk before- but were thankful that we did! Excellent service over the phone when we called in to request a pick up. Excellent service along the way as Dustin kept us informed of the time that he would be arriving and arrived on time! We had two employees from the company come out- their names were Dustin and Patrick -both of them were so professional so cordial , attentive and so helpful! They the process a true joy and both were very dedicated in helping us get our needs taken care of!

Mariah was awesome! Made my super heavy and awkward mattress look like light work. Everyone I talked to during the process was super friendly.

Adrian was a great crew chief and the whole group was sound--polite, cooperative, efficient. Adrian explained pricing well and evaluated the scope of work carefully. A professional job! Two days later, a second crew came to my house to continue removing waste from my property. Chris and Kevin also did a terrific job. They were prompt, patient, communicative and efficient in their work. I had two good experiences with crews from this company over a three-day span.

Nathan and Andrew did a great job. I was overwhelmed with the massive furniture and can’t even lift a corner of the dresser but these two Hercules types carried it out like it was Lego pieces. Thank you so much. I feel so much better and appreciate your time & light hearted banter. Would definitely go with 1800 got junk again. They were very fast as well.

First time using 1-800-Got Junk. The drivers that showed up were super nice, professional and helpful. (shout out Estiban & Phillip!) Estiban walked me through the pricing - initially I was quoted by phone a much lower price. I understand the quote isn’t official until the workers arrive to see. I had 1 large elliptical that I needed gone. The in person quote was much higher than expected, Estiban worked with me to get to where I needed to be price wise, and I truly am thankful and appreciate that! The elliptical is now gone, I am a happy camper! More space! Thanks again guys, would def use this company again in the future! :) (*the other reviews say “Estiven” so not sure which it is now, sorrrrrry.)

Doug & Tyler were amazing! They came out and got rid of a broken refrigerator for us and they did it so quickly! If we ever need assistance getting rid of large items again. We’ll def go back to them.
