James & Jeremy did an awesome job taking away all our items. They were efficient, polite and just did a fantastic job overall, highly recommend. It was an overall very good experience.

They arrived as scheduled and took everything I had ready efficiently. There was stuff that required extra disposal fees. The estimate was accurate. My only issue was the suggestion of a tip starting at 15%. This is not a waiting service at a restaurant with waiters at $3/hour and the price should be the final price.

Friendly customer service, pick up employees and great negotiations about the price. The only complaint that I have was that they were smoking cigarettes. I hate smokers. They don't care about the environment, other people and themselves.
