I had a large pick up of wood material and miscellaneous items I needed to dispose. The team was on time, and explained the process thoroughly..Clark and Kevin were very courteous and even asked if they could dispose of a small pile of debris that I forgot about. They left my driveway clean. Great professional service!

Second time: Chuck and Kevin came out to pick up a full truck load of stuff before our move. They called the give us an eta and to review what items they would be taking. Upon arrival, they were quick to get started and were in and out within 30 minutes. I cannot thank 1800 junk enough for their efforts. They have very responsible kind team members who work well together to make sure the process is as smooth as possible! First time: Jay and Trevor came to pick up a few pieces of furniture for us. They called 20 minutes beforehand to let us know they were on the way. Upon arrival, they gave us an accurate quote, and got right to work. They were quick, kind, and mindful of our pets which was a huge plus. They worked very well together and were so kind. We will definitely be using them again during our moving process and will be specifically asking for Jay and Trevor on our next 1800 Got Junk call.
