Swift response time. Got an appointment for the day after my call. Caleb arrived within the window of time they gave me. He was professional, personable and competent. I had added a few items to my original request for pickup which Caleb added--no problem. He even swept up the shattered glass from the patio table. Final charge was within the estimate he gave me up front. 5 stars are for Caleb. If I were rating 1-800-GOT-JUNK? alone this would be 3 star review because of their price. They're expensive.
