This is my third time working with 1-800 Junk for my company. They are prompt and provide a courtesy call to inform you that they are on their way. Chris and Josh came to the office, asked about the items to be removed, and assured us that they would take care of everything. They removed a desk and we add a few last minute items and they didn’t have a problem take the extra stuff. Once the job was completed, they put the items back in place. Shane and Brian came and picked up a mattress and some boxes and junk from my house and they were absolutely lovely— on time, they came quickly and had smiles on their faces, they introduced themselves and they even offered to bring me a coffee or beverage if i wanted! they went above and beyond in terms of service and courtesy. They even swept up afterwards with their own broom and cleaned the area! friendly kind courteous, and also fast and efficient and effective. i would recommend them to anyone and i would hire them again in a heartbeat.

I recently used 1800 Junk, and Tyler and Corben provided an absolutely stellar experience! From the moment they arrived, they were professional, courteous, and incredibly efficient. They handled everything quickly and carefully, making the entire process effortless. I was so impressed with their positive attitudes and hard work.
