I wanted to get rid of my older piano. I logged onto their website and was immediately able to schedule an estimate visit the same day. On the way to confirm they were close to my house they even asked if they could stop and get me coffee or anything else. They were very professional on the phone and when they arrived. There was no pressure to use their service if the amount that they quoted was too much. They were so nice professional and very friendly. I think with how heavy my piano was the price was fair. You even get to complete a survey at the end that will allow you to have money off the next time you use their services and it never expires. I wish every transaction was this professional, friendly and easy. Thank you so much Israel and Rex, you guys were both so nice and amazing! My dog loved them too!
