Hunter and Josh were amazing! They came and cleared out a bunch if trash, old vacuums and food that was past date! Very fast and efficient, as well as polite! 10/10 would recommend them!

Like most others, we procrastinated with our move— 5 days into rolling up to our old place to load cars after 13 hour shifts, all of our tempers were high. Of course, the final night we have to pack up and get out of dodge, we realize we have a foyer full of crap and two, full (as in: packed to the absolute gills) Fairfax County trash bins. We contacted 1-800-got-junk at 10pm asking if they could haul it away next day and they replied within a few minutes with availability for that next day in the early morning. They were excellent communicators, letting us know not only 30 minutes before their arrival, but having the courtesy to also call prior to the window and let us know they’d be arriving at the later half of the window. They gave an accurate price and explained the process right away— all I had to do was point at what I wanted gone. And sure enough it was gone within 30 minutes or less. Like magic. What’s even more impressive, however, was that the kind team stuck around to help my family move the last (VERY heavy) boxes into a cargo van. They even helped me back it into the drive! When I say Julian and Ian are lifesavers, it’s an understatement. May their pillows always be cold at night!!
