The men that helped us were Neff and Misa. They were respectful, explained the process of our removal, and kind! I asked them to move a couch from my truck into our living room as I have 3 young children as my only help and we were unable to do it ourselves. Thank you guys so much for making the process easy and painless, and for your kindness in moving the couch as well!

First, the 24 hour customer service line was convenient and the rep was so professional and still friendly. I was able to make an appt for the next day. Two men showed up at the appointed time, after a few texts about the schedule - the communication was great. And Derek and Jazz were polite, personable, and strong! With about 90 minutes (or less) they took out old furniture and serendipitously they were also able to take 4 boxes of shredding I’d been trying to get rid off. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience! And well worth the money, to clear out some unwanted bulky stuff. Thank you!
