I really appreciate that they hold partnerships with different organizations to repurpose couches. I also was able to pay with Apple Pay and was emailed my receipt promptly. Awesome job! The process was so streamlined and easy and Deshawn and Chris were friendly and professional. I submitted a request for an estimate online and then I was given a two hour window when an estimator would show up when they came they gave me an estimate that was a little bit over my budget I asked if they could work with me they said yes and they also were available to take the junk right that in there I thought it was a two step process for somebody comes and gives you a quote and then another day they come with the trucks but no it’s all done in one fell swoop! Unbelievable! So smart!
