John and Louie came out grabbed my couch and also helped take apart a futon and carried that out from my 2nd floor apartment. It was very helpful and my wife was happy to get rid of the futon 👍🏻

The lady who answered my original phone call from the company was helpful when I first called w/ questions and while trying to set up an appointment time. The next day service and the ability to adjust the appointment time early on the day of pick-up was great as well, as I needed some extra time to get everything ready. They called and texted ahead of time. Mikey showed up on time and was great while taking my stuff to the truck. He came around to the back patio where my stuff was at. It was my first time using a service like this and the added customer service of Mikey walking around the house (on a cold day), I thought went above and beyond what I was expecting. I’d highly recommend. Thanks again, Mikey!
