Ahmad and Nick came promptly at the scheduled time. I had a serious issue before their arrival in that I’d managed to wedge my queen size box frame in my narrow townhome staircase. First, thdy assessed the situation and surprisingly managed to quickly and safely unwedge that mattress! I was so relieved. Then the reviewer the volume of items and provided an estimate based on clear stated guidelines that they shared with me. They were friendly, kind, considerate, and clearly has w as client in mind. I am so grateful that they were able to assist me the same day that I made the appointment and got me out of this tough situation
