They did a fantastic job

First time using 1-800-Got Junk. The drivers that showed up were super nice, professional and helpful. (shout out Estiban & Phillip!) Estiban walked me through the pricing - initially I was quoted by phone a much lower price. I understand the quote isn’t official until the workers arrive to see. I had 1 large elliptical that I needed gone. The in person quote was much higher than expected, Estiban worked with me to get to where I needed to be price wise, and I truly am thankful and appreciate that! The elliptical is now gone, I am a happy camper! More space! Thanks again guys, would def use this company again in the future! :) (*the other reviews say “Estiven” so not sure which it is now, sorrrrrry.)

Doug & Tyler were amazing! They came out and got rid of a broken refrigerator for us and they did it so quickly! If we ever need assistance getting rid of large items again. We’ll def go back to them.

So very thankful for Got Junk, especially Edgar and Jose!! I started browsing last minute for an unexpected event and they were in contact right away and so very friendly and patient over the phone. They also make sure to keep in touch throughout the day regarding time frames and I truly appreciated it. Edgar and Jose came to help remove all our furniture and they work so quickly! The guys were super friendly, efficient, and well organized. They also came so much sooner than expected. Thank you Edgar and Jose for making this such a smooth process, and also thank you to Got Junk for being available and giving me a very nice experience!
