Day of pickup, Mesiah & Miguel were professional, & efficient. Mesiah gave me transparent cost estimates and did not oversell me. As the pickup went on, he gave me real time costs & showed me the amount in the truck so at the end I was not surprised or had option to stop filling the truck. I had furniture, bedding & misc household junk - all gone in 90 minutes! My overall dealings with the CT North team were very responsive even when there were some administrative hickups on a Friday night.

Lee and Nick from 1-800-Got-Junk were amazing ッ. They worked fast but safely and they utilized space in their truck very well. They charge by the volume so it’s nice that they used as little space as possible. They fit many things in a small space. Highly recommend them and this company for your junk removal.
