Nathan and Alex were absolutely outstanding today. Their customer service went above and beyond, not only were they fast, accurate, and detail-oriented, but they also took the time to clean up the entire work area without me even needing to ask. That extra step really stood out. The removal itself was handled with complete professionalism from start to finish. I couldn’t have asked for a better team!

I'm in the middle of a hectic move, and so I really appreciated the timeliness, transperacy, and efficiency of Jacob and Paris this morning. They were extremely professional.

Riley and Derek did an excellent shop. They were punctual, courteous, respectful, professional, careful, friendly, fast, and hardworking. They made the job of removing several heavy items quick and seamless. And they did it all in around 3 1/2 hours. The time span would have been shorter if my stuff hadn't filled up their truck. But instead of rescheduling to come back and finish another day, they came back an hour later and finished the job in about 50 minutes. 5 stars, I highly recommend Riley, Derek, and 1800-Junk.

Jacob and Paris were great! They called ahead, were prompt and courteous, and quickly disposed of my very beat-up couches.
