Chris was extremely personable, polite and friendly through the entire pickup. Made a 15 minute junk pickup turn into a much more enjoyable time with his communication through the process and how kind he was.

Jaiffrey and Oscar were fast, efficient, friendly, and funny. The estimate and pricing was clearly explained and discussed and they didn't pressure me at all to agree to the amount. Once they were done, we went over the work and final cost and it ended up being less than the estimate. I felt it was very fair. I'd totally use this service again. Swift response and personable crew. Be prepared to pay a hefty premium for the service - definitely not an option if your tight on cash, but for the speed and convenience seems warranted.

Nathan and Andrew were great. Communicated arrival time. Hauled away all I had originally requested and everything else that was jammed into my tiny outdoor area. Even moved my other sofa to the area where the ratty one had been. They were fast and efficient.
