Completely amazed at the quality of service provided! When they called to let me know they were on the way they asked if I would like them to pick up coffee or breakfast for us. I have never had more personable, friendly, polite and considerate workers. They kept us apprised of the progress and were very meticulous in their clean up. I will definitely call them again if I need their services.

I was concerned on what size dumpster I would need, after calling multiple places, I was only more confused. 1-800 sent out 2 of their best employees, Nas and Damien. Nas went out of his way to explain how the whole process worked in easy to understand terms. It was refreshing to know it was mainly all inclusive pricing, meaning they do not charge additional for weight and that I could opt to go for a smaller volume size and add as needed. Very professional but also felt like I was talking to friends, and not once did they try to push the sale. Thank you for all of your help!!!

Ernest and Cassidy were great. Called ahead with expected arrival time. Were gracious and kind. Explained the pricing well and worked hard to consolidate the “junk” we had to haul away. Very friendly, yet professional. Price was reasonable given how much junk we had. Glad to know that items are sorted and recycled/donated/trashed as appropriate. Grateful for this service

Nick & Zack were wonderful. They even tore apart a canoe to make it fit in their truck. Pricing was very confusing and I was paying twice for some items such as a couch that I did not know before they arrived would cost for space as well as being a mattress.
