Jay, Naz and Ryan were excellent representatives of 1-800-Got Junk as well as the lady in the office who took my call. Jay was very informative and clear about what to expect, the estimate of the job and the process of removing my “junk”. He checked with me throughout the morning to keep me informed and show me when they had loaded each amount of the truck. I was able to add on more items as we went along. When the job was complete the truck was fully packed with no wasted space! Jay and his men were all very pleasant, polite hardworking, efficient and strong! I am totally happy with my price, quality of work, efficiency and kindness shown while these fine men worked with me and completed the task at hand. I highly recommend 1-800-Got Junk!!! They made it very easy to schedule the same day pick up. Nathan and Riley were very professional and friendly. They explained the process to me and were up front with the pricing.
