I had to call, schedule and cancel 3 appointments before I was able to actually do one. First my landlord ripped out carpeting illegally and the air quality and safety was a concern for the movers and then my car was involved in a hit and run and I had no way to get to the old apartment. Not only was 1800 extremely understanding, but they let me know I could rebook for when I needed to. When I did finally get the car back and book them I was extremely satisfied with the service and I got them to come back two days later and do the rest of the removal because of how easy it was. As someone who does not have access to a truck/SUV and with little to no outside help, 1800 was a godsend. Thank you so so much to both the Amos and James Crews that helped me out this week. I, quite literally, could not have done it without you guys.
