Called Got Junk this morning and set up for pick up tomorrow, very polite communications and feel they will arrive on time. The chap I was speaking with went through the process with me and the fact that everything will be assessed and donated if possible is a bonus, the rest will be recycled. Quick and efficient junk removal service. The team of 2 arrived on time and were very helpful and polite, not to mention pretty cheery for 8AM on a Saturday! They grabbed everything I asked, disassembled a large/heavy reclining loveseat swiftly for easy-moving in the blink of an eye! (Literally, I looked over and suddenly it was in two pieces and being carried up the stairs - like magic) They quoted me before beginning to load the truck, and it was on par with what I expected. A little pricey but worth it to have everything gone so quick. Would recommend for your next de-clutter project!

Brayden and Nick were very pleasant to work with. They were on time, well prepared and careful while removing junk out of my house. I want to give a shout out to Andrew and Nick! They were amazing and had the GREATEST attitude despite their very busy day. This company was very backed up on time today (rightfully so, it’s going into a weekend)! They had such good spirits about it and still was very attentive to making sure they made our appointment!! Very respected. Above that, they were fast, careful and extremely friendly! They even gave me a quote at the end quite a bit less then what was quoted at the beginning. I would recommend this company 100% I’m a second based on these two men. I don’t normally do review posts, but you guys were so professional, sweet and honestly the best, your team is lucky to have you! Beyond impressed. Thank you again!

Rob and Ryan showed up on time and very quickly removed my junk from the basement, and caused no damage to the walls, etc. The only problem was it took them 20 minutes to be able to access the internet to process my invoice! The company needs to get them much better cell phones as internet reception is sketchy in my area. I will certainly be calling them again.

Great experience. Had a massive pile of soil to be removed from my driveway. *Their main competitor had already agreed to the job* but then refused at the last minute because "all of the rocks in the soil would cause the shovels to malfunction" Got Junk quickly responded to our last minute plea and had the pile scooped up and gone in just a couple hours. Everyone with the company was helpful and efficient. Highly recommend.

I just had the best experience with Lee & Kira. Despite the fact the total was below the minimum threshold for a discount to apply, Lee kindly honoured the discount. Both were mindful of carpeted areas so they took off their boots, asked if they should wear masks, and communicated well with each other to ensure no nicking of walls. I highly recommend asking for Lee and Kira for your junk removal needs in Vancouver!

I called on a Saturday afternoon of the long weekend and the workers showed up exactly on time and were friendly and polite. We agreed on a price and they got right to work. They quickly completed the job, even raking the area to make sure it was spotless. A little bit on the expensive side, but I needed the stuff gone quickly. Very reputable business.

This company was great. From the phone to book them to the follow up before arrival, excellent customer service. Alex and Jontae were very efficient in taking all the large furniture onto the truck plus being very nice guys. I would definitely recommend this company.
