For 2 or more items, we price by volume, which is how much space your junk takes up in the truck. Rates start at our minimum charge for very small loads up to a full truckload. Troy Edroff
I’m Troy Edroff, General Manager of the 1-800-GOT-JUNK? Vancouver Island North franchise. I was born and raised on Vancouver Island—this is my home. Before joining 1-800-GOT-JUNK?, I lived and worked in the oil industry in Alberta for many years, but the island soon called me back home.
I knew when I joined the 1-800-GOT-JUNK? team, it would be a fun job that would allow me to work outside, get my hands dirty, and meet new people every single day. My favourite part about being General Manager is spending time with my fantastic team and listening to their stories. I love hearing about the cool finds from the day and what’s happening with them personally. I’ve worked hard to create a family culture in our franchise and I’m proud of the team we’ve built.
Being a local resident, I do my best to stay in touch with community events like shore cleanups in both the Victoria and Nanaimo areas. If I’m not at the office or on the trucks, you’ll find me spending my time outdoors exploring and enjoying everything the Island has to offer through weekend camping trips, hiking trails, and more!
