Edwin and Hunter had great communication, were very friendly and professional. Remained aware of our cats and toddler in the space. They had tools on hand to help remove items. Truck got stuck away from our home, they maintained open communication. They removed our items before the truck was even unstuck!

I've had furniture removed by 1-800-GOT-JUNK a few times before. And always, the staff were extremely professional. This time was no different. Elijah, Matt and Tyler were perfect gentlemen. They were extraordinarily friendly, professional and honest. I appreciated how punctual they were - they arrived when they said they would. They were upfront with the cost and were clear and concise in explaining the pricing and answering questions. And then they got the job done quickly. Quick and easy, no stress on my part. Would highly recommend and would absolutely use Got Junk again.
