Quick and easy online booking, excellent communication for timing of pickup, and convenient same day service. Jonah and Logan arrived when they said they would, came in with smiles on their faces and were highly professional. They quickly and carefully removed a treadmill from my lower level and were done before I knew it. Would use again. Highly recommend!

Super friendly

Professional, quick, great service

Never used this place before but will be in the future service was quick and easy. The guys that showed up Mikhail and Robin I Believe were super fast and friendly even with it being close to 8pm when they were at my place to take my junk and it was alot. But no complaints or negativity they just got to work. I told them to get as much as they could to fit my budget as I was just finishing moving and they worked with me on that and got everything loaded and cleaned up the best they could as there was not really any light in my back alley area. Super happy to have called the people at 1-800-got-junk otherwise I would have to race home and rent my own truck and load it and make the dump before it closes. Instead I made the appointment and they took care of the rest even got my taken care of sooner than the original appointment.

The service was fantastic! Parker and Jeffrey were super friendly and professional. They were also really efficient and got the job done quickly. I’d highly recommend this company to friends and family. I’ll definitely be using them again when I need to move some junk. They did an amazing job!
