I had an excellent experience with Patrick and Devon from 1-800-GOT-JUNK! They came to pick up my old mattress and box spring from the 3rd floor, and they handled everything so smoothly. Carrying heavy items down multiple flights of stairs is never easy, but they did it with total professionalism, care, and great teamwork. Both Patrick and Devon were extremely polite, efficient, and respectful of my home. They made sure nothing was damaged or bumped along the way and worked quickly without cutting corners. I really appreciated how friendly and positive they were — it made the whole process stress-free. It’s rare to find people who combine professionalism with such great energy.
