• Called the 1-800 line; talked with customer service who asked what I needed taken and what the situation was. I got a quote made an appointment. • Parham and Izak phoned to confirm the appointment and gave their ETA. I let them know that they could take their time. They were cool with that. When they came they were professional and efficient. • I got ride of personal items from public storage that were not being used anymore.

Elias and Braden did some amazing work, saved me from being attacked by piles of boxes and garbage that seemed to grow organically. I really appreciate their help in reclaiming my space.
